Do you have your own personal ceremony/ ritual?

It can be as easy as starting your day sitting up in your bed with your favorite crystal (personally I love Selenite cause it clears my sluggishness if I’m feeling a bit dusty from pushing my body)

Here are 2 questions I ask myself in the morning before starting my day:
1. How am I feeling? Tiered, sore, defeated, hopeful, lost??? Just listen to what comes up and really acknowledge what your body says.

2. What would it take for that feeling to go away if I lived in limitless possibilities. Really let yourself go there! We are infinite potential, all we need is to allow ourselves to dream.

Now say ‘I trust the universe to take care of this. I know I can take care of this! It is so, it is so, it is so.’ Practice and constantly checking in is all it takes to curb your thoughts and most importantly your reality.

MERCURY RETROGRADE TILL AUGUST 18th

So have you been getting tongue tied recently? Or even just having the weirdest problems with technology??? Well if not LUCKY YOU cause that’s what retrograde is all about. So imagine everyone on the planet dealing with this and then you have one big massive crossing of wires that are just not connecting.

As homer would say Doh! So what can you do?

1. Well I will say one thing that has helped me is to get to a place that any stuff up that is happening is about surrender. So just get to a place where you can say ‘I give myself permission to let this go’, don’t hold on to that negative self criticism cause it’s only going to make life 10x harder.

2. Make a point to get clear with anything that is important that needs to be communicated so that you make that top priority. Keep your clarity of what you need to drive home to others and yourself the name of the game. Keep it simple so you don’t get into all the baggage.

3. If you have put your foot in your mouth and created a mess then come up with two solutions or possible outcomes. They may not always be what you want but when you look at what the options are objectively and say I accept whatever is coming to me with my highest truth then it’s the other persons choice if they choose to walk away.
This picture was taken Sunday after about 4 takes of me getting my words twisty. My communication is what I value most and when it’s out it’s time for me to slow down.
